Invite someone by email with a role (never owner, never above your own); emails them. Only a user through the MCP server (403 forbidden for an API key). Replaces an invitation still pending for the address. 402 plan_limit_reached; 403 insufficient_role; 409 conflict for a member; 429 past the invitation limits.
