Sealcord API 1

Issue signed licence keys from your own backend, activate them on machines and read signed verdicts. Apps authenticate with the licence key itself; your backend sends an admin API key (Authorization: Bearer sc_<prefix>_<secret>) with the scopes each route names. Errors always have the shape { error: { code, message, details?, request_id } }.
