Anonymise a licence on its software maker’s instruction (cannot be undone). Removes the customer’s data: the address, the external reference, the Polar customer and checkout ids, the status reason, every machine’s id, name, OS and app version, and everything but ids, times, statuses and counts from its audit events. Revokes it if active; it can never be reinstated and its key no longer activates. Idempotent: changed is false when it was anonymised already. Body {"confirm": true}.
